Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your boots. Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and include the original box/packaging. Items showing signs of wear (scuffs, creases, dirt on soles, odors) are not eligible.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to help with an exchange when inventory/sourcing allows. Contact us and we’ll get you taken care of.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

Final Sale Items
Clearance items, deeply discounted items, and special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged/Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
